What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?

We work with mid-sized Malaysian businesses across manufacturing, financial services, logistics, and professional services. The common thread is an interest in using data and AI more deliberately β€” not necessarily a large existing technology team.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the service. The Conversational AI Workshop is usually completed within two to three days. The AI Risk Assessment typically spans three to six weeks including data collection. The Performance Benchmarking Service runs two to four weeks depending on the number of AI systems being reviewed.

Do we need to have existing AI systems in place?

Not at all. The Risk Assessment and Conversational AI Workshop are suitable for organisations at the beginning of their AI journey. The Benchmarking Service does require some existing AI deployments to evaluate, but even early-stage systems can be assessed.

How is pricing structured?

Each service has a base price listed on the site. For engagements that involve multiple business units or extended scope, we discuss adjusted pricing during the initial consultation. We prefer transparency on cost from the first conversation.

How do you handle our internal data?

All engagements involve a data handling agreement before any information is shared. We work within your security parameters where possible and follow PDPA requirements throughout. Data shared with us is used solely for the purpose of your engagement and is not retained beyond agreed timelines.

What does the Risk Assessment deliverable actually look like?

You receive a risk dashboard designed for ongoing use, a scenario model document, and a set of early warning indicators configured to your business data. We walk through the findings with your team and provide written recommendations for next steps.
